Reiki is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what enables us to be alive.  If this energy is low it is more likely we will get sick or feel stress. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit and can create many beneficial effects including relaxation, feelings of peace, security and well-being.

Shamanic Reiki

Has all the benefits of a normal Reiki Healing Session AND:

• Helps you to let go of connections to places, people, or beliefs that are holding you back.

• Work on blocked energy that may be holding you back from personal growth.

Shamanic Reiki is administered in the same manner as Traditional Reiki but is more interactive. The practitioner may ask questions or guide the client through visualisations to aid in the healing. They will also be accessing the Spirit World to channel guidance from spirit guides, spirit animals, ancestors or other enlightened beings for your highest good to incorporate into the intentions of the Reiki Session to enhance the healing!
